Kambi-owned Shape Games and LMG Gaming announce partnership

Shape Games has announced a partnership with Puerto Rico-based operator LMG Gaming. 

Shape Games is part of the Kambi Group and was founded in 2018. Kambi acquired the brand for €38.5m ($41m) in 2022.  

As part of this new multi-year deal, Shape Games will provide its technology on top of Kambi’s sportsbook. LMG Gaming is owned by Puerto Rican media company Liberman Media Group.

Shapes Games signed a new partnership with Jack Entertainment earlier this year. Shape Games also completed an agreement with Wagr, following Wagr being acquired by Yahoo, as well as announcing a partnership with Betsson Group in Canada. 

Kambi reported revenue of €44m for Q1 2023, a 19% rise from the same period in the previous year. However, operating profit fell 38% from the previous year with a figure of €4.5m.
